Great use of recycled denim jeans. Patchwork sewn together with reinforced seams as well as strips of striped fabric over each seam. Musical instruments 'fussy cut' from 100% cotton fabric are fused with iron on plus reinforced with machine zigzag.  This is a single layer denim blanket.
Approximately 25 hours needed to complete, from cutting up old jeans into appropriate blocks, sewing them together, reinforcing each seam, then adding strips of fabric and appliqueing the various musical stringed instruments.
