21 Steps was designed and created by an anonymous donor who named it due to the fact that her cutting table was on the main floor and sewing room upstairs, needing 21 steps for each trip back and forth.    Machine pieced and machine quilted.   Backing is flannel printed with musical notes, with bright bands of color inserted.   Top is made of 100% cotton.  Warm and Natural filler.
